Welcome to Forest YMCA Fitness & Leisure

Our Walthamstow leisure centre is a focal point for the whole community. At Forest YMCA we see hundreds of local people from the East London area attend every day to use our gym, sports hall, exercise studio, sauna and function rooms. We also have a range of activities and classes on every day to keep the local community fit and active.

In 2011, we helped over a thousand local residents to improve their fitness
and develop a healthier lifestyle.
